Gnocchi are an ancient food, prepared with different flours: wheat, rice, semolina flour, with potatoes, dry bread, tubers or various vegetables.
Although the best known and most popular in Italy are potato gnocchi, before the discovery of the tuber they were already prepared but they were based on bread and spices, mixed meats and other vegetables or cheese.
The most popular dumplings, in addition to the classic potatoes, are those of ricotta and spinach (Florentine Gnudi), pumpkin typical of the city of Mantua and those of bread in broth (South Tyrolean knödel)

Class Time 
A "Fast class", excellent also for preparing an appetizing dinner just after returning from work!
An "Intensive class" where recipes will be prepared whose cooking and preparations need a little more time.

FAST CLASS: Lasting about an hour and 30 minutes
€35 per person + 5% commission fee minimun 2 persons

INTENSIVE CLASS: lasting about 2 hours and 30 minutes
€45 per person + 5% commission fee minimun 2 persons

Each class is designed for two-person minimum, classes up to four are welcome for only €20 extra per person 

For more than 4 guests or for other requests (such as cooking demo, help with preparing a lunch or dinner for a special occasion) please contact me!
